| 摘 要： | 交易市场的单一是我国证券市场的基本的现状。这是我国证券市场诸多问题产生的根源。发展多重证券市场既是保证投资人的证券权利能够自由转让的需要；也是为不同发展阶段的企业提供资本支持的需要。未来的多重证券市场应当包括主板、二板、三板、债券市场和衍生品市场。

| Abstract: | Singleness of the trading market is the basic status quo of China＇s securities market, and it is the very root for all kinds of problems. The development of multiple securities market is not only the need to guarantee investors＇ free transfer of securities rights, but also the need to provide financial support for enterprises of different developmental stage. The future multiple securities market ought to include the main board, the second board, the third board, bond market and derivative product market. |
