河北理工学院研究生教育发展回顾与展望

通过对学位与研究生教育的回顾与展望 ,认为精心制定一部好的学位与研究生教育发展规划 ,对指导学院的发展、研究生教育的发展是非常重要的。学科建设是龙头 ,而学科建设与研究生教育的相互促进 ,是建立学院办学特色的基础。进入 2 1世纪 ,学院要成为做学问、造就创新、创业人才的基地 ,到 2 0 1 0年以前 ,力争学院的重点学科应具有博士学位授予权 ,所有的二级学科具有硕士学位授予权 ,聚集一批优秀的师资 ,全面开展高水平的科研工作、提高教学水平推进学院的全面发展 ,建成一所名副其实的省重点大学。

The review and outlook of the development of postgraduate education in Hebei institute of technology

Through the review and outlook of academic degrees & postgraduate education, we consider that the establishment of a good development planning of academic degrees & postgraduate education is vital to the development of the institute and the development of postgraduate education. Discipline construction is just like the head of the dragon, and the Discipline construction and postgraduate education are the foundation for the Institute with its distinguish features. They help each other forward.In 21 the century, the Institute must be the base to do research and cultivate qualitled students with the abilities of innovation and pioneering. Before 2010, we should try our best to get the conferring right of Doctor's degree in major subjects of our Institute, and to get the conferring right of Master's degree in all second-level disciplines. Also we should gather a lot more excellent teachers, develop high level research and improve the teaching level, and impel the overall development of our Institute and make our Institute to be worthy of the name of a key university in Hebei Province.
