| 摘 要： | 在对166 家西方工业大企业开创新事业的相关活动进行经验性研究基础上对企业开创新事业的动因进行了总结，对其模式进行了分类，对其成功和失败的概率进行了研究，对其承担者和汇报层级等特征进行了分析，并提出了成功开创新事业的有效模式。

| Abstract: | This paper makes an empirical study on new-business-developing activities of 166 large western industrial companies. Based on this, this paper summarizes reasons of developing new business, classifies the different patterns of new business and studies the probability of success and failure of them. And then, the paper analyzes the characteristics of undertakers and reporting classes of developing new business. In the end, authors propose the effective pattern of developing new business successfully. |
