摘    要:体育企业积极履行社会责任既是顺应世界潮流的理性选择,又是基于外溢效应的社会担当,更是提升竞争优势的战略诉求。当前,我国体育企业积极履行社会责任的宏观氛围已经基本形成,一些行业龙头企业在履行社会责任方面发挥了良好的表率作用,但仍存在诸多突出问题,如内容与主体的双重结构矛盾、绩效水平偏低以及部分外资龙头企业的双重标准等。因此,必须依据企业社会责任行为的发生动力学原理,探讨体育企业社会责任的培育机制。

Abstract:For sports enterprises,the active fulfillment of their social responsibilities follows the world trend,presents their social functions based on the spillover effects and is a strategic decision in promoting their competitiveness.At present,the macro environment for sports enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities has formed and a number of industry leaders have played a good role model in this respect.However,there are still many outstanding issues,such as the dual structural contradiction of content and subject,low performance levels,double standards being employed in some foreign-capitalfunded leading enterprises and so on.Therefore,we must explore the fostering mechanism of sports corporate social responsibility in accordance with the genetic dynamics principles of corporate social responsibility behavior.
