环境保护背景下电子垃圾处理的若干思考

我国是家用电器和电子产品生产大国，如果废旧家电和电子产品处理不当，就极易对环境造成严重污染。而本着循环经济的原则，通过合理的方式和有效的途径回收利用电子垃圾，一方面可以保护环境，另一方面也可以有效地节省制造这类产品的原生资源和能源。本文分析论述了我国目前对电子废弃物的处理现状及其存在的主要问题，提出了一些切实可行的建议,并认为要改变我国电子垃圾的处理现状，需要全社会都行动起来，高度重视，长抓不懈，各级政府、企业和居民共同努力，建立符合中国国情的处理模式，形成合理的产业链条，最终实现电子垃圾的无害化和资源化。

Considerations and Suggestions on the Electronic Waste Treatment under the Background of Environment Protection

China is a large country in production and use of household appliances and electronic apparatus.If the used or the waste electronic apparatus and products can not be treated properly,the environment will be polluted.Based on the principle of recyclable economy,the waste equipment must be recycled through some effective ways to protect environment on one hand,and to conserve raw material and energy effectively on the other hand.The situation and the main problems of waste equipment treatment in China are discussed and some useful suggestions are put forward.The paper concludes that the cooperation among the government,the enterprises and every citizen in society is the necessary and the best way.A Chinese mode must be set up to form a reasonable industry chain and therefore can make the waste material become useful one.
