| 摘 要： | 知识共享是知识管理最重要与最核心的议题。通过对国内外大量文献的检索，发现除了知识共享的必要性分析之外，目前对知识共享的研究主要集中于知识共享的过程与模式、知识共享的主体、知识共享的客体、知识共享的技术手段、知识共享的经济性分析、知识共享的软环境要求等方面，并提出了今后知识共享研究的重点内容。
