“四化”建设——新时期高校辅导员队伍建设的路径选择

加强高校辅导员队伍建设是应对政治经济发展格局变化、实现高等教育培养目标、顺应高等教育发展趋势、锻造高素质人才的必然要求。新形势下，辅导员队伍建设工作中仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题，应当从”四化”（规范化、职业化、专业化、专家化）着手，不断加强高校辅导员队伍建设。

Four Modernizations Construction: On How to Build a Qualified Team of Student's Counselors

Strenghening construction of a Qualified Team of Student＇s Counselors is an indispensable requirement to meet with the change of political and economical situations, to fulfill the educational targets, to conform to the tendency of the development of college education and to train talents. Currently, the construction of a Qualified Team of Student＇s Counselors is faced with some problems that need to be dealt with urgently. Aiming at the standardization, professionalization, specialization, and expertization of Counselors, we should keep strengthening the team construction.
