| Abstract: | The principle of putting people first is the essence of the healthy development of higher education in China.Firstly,the principle requires the clear classification of different levels of higher education.Secondly,it requires the improvement of educational quality being taken as the core of the efforts of colleges and the combination of science education and humanistic education.Thirdly,it requires the establishment of lifelong education systemand the authorities,concern of the ecooomically weak students' reception of higher education. |
