| 摘 要： | 招标采购是一种国际通用的采购方式之一,在招标采购过程中怎样在众多的投标书中进行选择是招标采购成功与否的关键.本文结合设备招标采购中的特点,设计了评标的指标体系,运用层次分析法、价值工程法等方法,构建了一个完整的、实用的设备招标采购评标方法.文中给出了一个应用实例.该方法在企业中已经得到了很好的实际应用,取得了良好的经济效益.

| Abstract: | Bidding procurement is one of the procurement methods internationally adopted.The key point in the course of bidding procurement lies in how to make a choice among many bids.Based on the characteristics of equipment bidding procurement,this paper designs an evaluating index system by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Value Engineering(VE) with an aim of setting up an integrate and practical evaluating system for equipment bidding procurement.Moreover,this paper provides an application case,which has been well applied to enterprises and has brought about good economic benefits. |
