| Abstract: | This article points out that enrollment expansion in higher education is an important method to expand do- mestic demand and stimulate economic growth.It analyzes the relationship between the proportion of high quality tal- ents to labor force and their marginal utility.Related problems and measures are stated to give consideration to both enrollment expansion in higher education and social economic growth. |
