| 摘 要： | 高等教育投资具有潜在风险，大学生就业难使高等教育投资风险凸现出来。大学生就业风险是高等教育投资风险的认识前提，不同的投资主体面临着不同的高等教育投资风险，必须采取相应的对策规避和降低高等教育投资风险。
