| 摘 要： | 语言变化发展的形式可归结为两种:非引导性变化和引导性变化.语言规划是人们有意识地对语言使用状况和发展变化进行干预,由此而引起的语言变化属于语言的引导性变化.从语言的社会属性、社会功能及人们的社会心理等不同视角考察,语言规划有其必要性、必然性和局限性.

| Abstract: | Language changes can be categorized into two types: unguided change and guided change.Language planning is a conscious human intervention of language use and language development.Therefore,it results in guided change.Explored from the different perspectives of social attributes,the social function of language,and social psychology,language planning has the attributes of necessity and inevitability,as well as limitations. |
