论诗性精神与文学精神

诗性精神与文学精神是两个重要的文学理论范畴。诗性精神是指出乎原始冲动的、自发的抒发情感的精神,文学精神是指为了艺术的与审美的,自觉为文的精神。诗性精神(抒情精神)与文学精神(艺术精神),两者既有区别,又有联系。其关系并非以对立为特征,两者往往表现出程度不等的重合。在界说范畴、描述特征、辨析关系的基础上,进一步以魏晋玄学思潮中士人心态异化的情形为实证,可以发现社会文化思潮加之于诗性精神与文学精神的渗透与影响。

On the Spirit of Poem and Spirit of Literature

The spirit of poem and the spirit of literature are two important categories in literary theory. The spirit of poem refers to the spontaneous spirit out of original impulse to express ones sensibility, while that of literature refers to the conscious spirit of writing for artistic or aesthetic purpose. The spirit of poem (or emotional expressing spirit) and the spirit of literature (or artistic spirit) are different but also connected. Their relation is not characterized by opposing but by superposition in different content. On the basis of defining the categories, describing the characteristics and differentiating their relations, by further demonstration of the dissimilation of the mental states of the scholars in the metaphysics trend of thoughts in Wei and Jin Dynasties, the infiltration and influence of social cultural trend of thought on the spirit of poem and the spirit of literature can be discovered.
