| 摘 要： | 本文对大理花黄色素的提取工艺条件及其对光、热、氧化剂、还原剂等的稳定性进行了研究，结果表明从大理花中提取黄色素方法简单，产率高、色素性质稳定，使用方便。

| Abstract: | The authors of the article advance the method of extracting yellow pigment from Dahlia. In accordance with experiment results, the Extracted Plgment can keep its sltability after being mixed with the reduction or the oxidant, while it can be exposed to general heat and light uoithout any alteration. In point of fact the ectracting method whilebeing simple and convenient,produces aremarkable and ftable pisment. |
