中国人大代表“网络问政”现象透析

随着互联网时代的到来,中国人大代表的"网络问政"已成为一种普遍现象,他们利用各种电子信息产品与选民沟通、搜集和表达民意,在国家权力与公民权利之间试图形成信息对称局面,但也带来了对网络过分依赖而忽略实地调研、网上作秀敷衍民意、缺乏规范化的制度等一系列问题,鉴于此,有必要修订人民代表大会代表法,确立网络交流制度;改善代表结构,使之充分利用网络;构建多功能网络信息平台,提高人大代表的工作效率.
