| 摘 要： | 高校内部监督存在监督力度偏弱,监督效果不够理想,监督不到位和缺位等现象,间接导致了高校腐败现象的滋生和蔓延.完善规章制度,建立有效的腐败"发现"机制和预警系统,充分发挥民主监督的作用,是提高高校内部监督力度和监督效果的有效途径.

| Abstract: | There are some problems in colleges' internal supervision such as weak supervision strength, inadequate supervision effects, insufficient supervision even absence of supervision, which indirectly results in the growth and spread of corruption in colleges and universities. To perfect the bylaw, establish effective finding and alarming mechanism against corruption, give full scope to democratic supervision on corruption are the efficient ways to improve the supervision strength and effects in colleges and universities. |
