| 摘 要： | "执法产业"现象的出现是我国法治进程中的一股浊流,笔者从法的价值出发分析了这一现象的现实危害,并提出了相应的对策,认为应该在继续加强执法力度的同时,切实推进全民普法活动,全面提升全民族的道德文化素养.

A Rational Analysis of "Law Enforcing Industries" |

| Abstract: | The appearance of law enforcing industries is a corruption in the process of government by law in our country. Its realistic perils are analyzed from the value of law and countermeasures are suggested. The author emphasized the combination of further reinforcement of legal execution with overall education of the people in law. |
