从民族国家建构到民主国家建构——近代以来中国政治发展主题的嬗变透析

现代国家建构是民族国家与民主国家的双重化建构过程,是近代以来中国政治发展的主轴。但由于中国现代化进程的特殊性,民族国家与民主国家的建构是十分不均衡的。这就导致了近代以来中国的政治发展主题经历了从民族国家建构到民主国家建构的嬗变。在20世纪的大部分时间,中国政治发展的主题是以提高国家控制能力为核心的民族国家建构。直到20世纪末,中国政治发展的主题才开始由民族国家建构转向以提高国家合法性为核心的民主国家建构。因此,民主国家建构将成为21世纪中国政治发展的主题。

From the Structuring of Nationalist State to That of Democratic One

The Structuring of modern nation is a process of bi-structuring of nationalist and democratic country.In China,however,this bi-process is unballanced because of the particalarity of her modernization.In most part of the 20th century,the theme of political development in China had been the structuring of nationalist state with reinforcing government control as the center.And thus,the structuring of democratic country will surely become the theme of China in the 21st century.
