“管理学“课程考试存在的问题及对策探讨

摘    要:"管理学"课程考试是检验和考核学生学习效果及管理能力的重要手段,然而从目前我国高校学生考试情况上看,存在目的不明确、考试评价体系不规范、考试内容不注重学生综合素质的提高等弊端,严重抑制了学生的学习兴趣,阻碍了学生管理创新能力的提升。本文根据全日制本科生管理专业培养目标的要求,以提高学生的素质和能力为出发点,提出了具有较强操作性的解决措施。

Abstract:Management examination is one of important methods to test and evaluate students',academic performance and management capabilities.However,purpose of the examination is not clear,examination and evaluation system is not standardized,examination contents fail to pay attention to improving the overall quality,the above mentioned defects restrain study interests and hinder the promotion of students' innovation ability.The article points out more constructive countermeasures in order to improve quality and capacity of students according to training objectives of full-time undergraduate students who are major in management.
