服务企业国际竞争力:影响因素与提升对策

摘    要:鉴于服务产品不同于实体商品的诸多特点,影响服务企业竞争力的因素与制造企业不同。本文从国内外服务管理与服务企业竞争力理论出发,分析了服务企业国际竞争力的内涵及影响因素,探讨构建和提升中国服务企业国际竞争力的对策措施。

Abstract:In view of the fact that many different characteristics existing between service production and physical commodity,there are many different influence factors of competitive power between service enterprise and manufacture enterprise.The article proceeds from the domestic and foreign theories of service management and competitive power of service enterprise,analyses the connotation and influence factors of international competitive power of service enterprise,and discusses how to construct and promote the international competitive power of China's service enterprises.
