| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的发展和个人对外交往的不断加深,个人结售汇业务发展迅速.而电子银行的兴起,更使居民购付汇的便利性成倍地增强.但在业务快速发展的同时,也产生了相应的问题和监管的难点.在对问题和难点进行分析的基础上,提出监管对策和政策建议.
