国内孵化器研究文献综述：1989-2012

已有孵化器文献综述多综述国外的成果,然而孵化器是制度的产物,不论是理论还是实践的发展都有着浓厚的情境性.因此,评述我国孵化器研究现状是孵化器理论和实践发展基础.孵化器研究数量随着政策的出台而变动,孵化器研究集中在科技类期刊上,研究从微观、到中观、到宏观,研究方法越来越规范化.孵化器研究的经典观点集中在孵化器的定位、孵化器的模式、孵化器组织管理和孵化器评价四个方面.研究方法走向规范、探索平台机制设计、构建组织体系模型是孵化器研究未来的发展方向.

Research on Incubators: A Domestic Literature Review from 1989 to 2012

The research on incubators in China used to make a summary of the achievements of other countries, but the de velopment of incubators has its own context, no matter in theory or practice, because it is the production of systems. Therefore, making a commentary on the current situation of incubators in China is the foundation to have a good develop ment. The study of incubators changed with the promulgation of policies and it was always published on scientific jour nals. The research method is more and more standardized, including the micro, the meso and the macro. The classical perspectives about incubators focused on four aspects： the location, the models, the management of organization and the evaluation. The standardization of research method, the study of the design of platform and the model of how to build the organization systems are the future research development direction.
