| 摘 要： | 高速公路后评价是项目建设步入完善、健全阶段的客观要求，后评价的基础和关键是构建一套系统的评价指标体系和方法。文章通过探索性因子分析建立了后评价指标体系，基于结构方程模型的原理和方法，构建了高速公路后评价模型，对评价模型进行了理论分析和实证检验。研究结果表明该模型方法不仅可以系统、定量的评价各个项目指标之间的直接和间接路径系数关系，而且可以明确评价项目、评价指标之间的因果关系，为提高项目的经济社会效益指明改进方向。本文为高速公路后评价提供了一套科学的综合评价体系。
