事业单位健身活动的组织原则和相关问题——以河南工业大学为例

事业单位应以国家设立＂全民健身日＂为契机,开展有效的健身宣传和活动,带动广大教职工积极参加文体活动,提高健身意识,养成健身的良好习惯,增强体质。高校可以充分利用学校资源,为教职工强身健体提供方便,建立文体活动的长效机制,使教职工健身活动经常化、生活化、制度化。

ADHERING TO HUMANITY-ORIENTED PRINCIPLE & DEVELOPING ACTIVE RECREATION AND ATHLETICS PROGRAMS FOR THE FACULTY

Institutions should take the establishing of ＂National Fitness Day＂ as a turning point and effectively carry out publicity to encourage all the staff to take active part in recreational and sports activities,which can enhance the fitness-consciousness of the staff and help them form a good habit of body-building so as to strengthen their physique.Universities can make full use of their resources to facilitate the physical exercise of the staff and establish long-term mechanism to render the activities routine,daily and systemic.
