| 摘 要： | 把技术创新体系与复杂适应系统进行比较和研究,可发现技术创新体系是一个复杂适应系统;运用复杂适应系统理论探讨技术创新体系,能得到许多重要启示,从而有助于完善技术创新体系的结构和功能,深刻认识技术创新型企业是一个自组织系统,并建立健全其运行需要的一定社会环境和组织机构,增强它的创新能力,提高创新绩效。

| Abstract: | The comparison and analysis of the complex adaptive system with the technological innovation system shows that the technological innovation system is actually a complex adaptive system.We can get many important apocalypses by using the theory of the complex adaptive system to study the technological innovative system. These apocalypses help to perfect the structure and the function of the technological innovative system and to understand that technological innovative enterprise is a self-organization system and that certain social environment and organizational structure are needed for its operation to enhance its innovative ability and better its innovative performance. |
