| Abstract: | The construction of university research teams has become an important part of improving the university research comprehensively along with the increase of national, military and other various funded projects by universities. This paper puts forward the corresponding measures of management in the light of connotation and organization of virtual teams to avoid distraction of research forces and improve system of research cooperation. |
