| 摘 要： | 实践“三个代表”重要思想 ,全面建设小康社会 ,加快乡镇图书馆建设已成为我国图书馆界同仁共同关注的话题 ,本文依据这一认识 ,分析了我国乡镇图书馆的服务功能以及发展模式 ,阐明了我国乡镇图书馆在农村小康社会建设中的作用和意义 ,指出了我国乡镇图书馆在发展中存在的问题及其对策。

| Abstract: | To practise the important thoughts of "Three Representatives",to construct the well-to-do society and to quicken the construction of the libraries in towns have become the topics the workers of libraries in China are paying attention to.Basing on the knowledge,this paper analyzes the service function of the libraries in towns of our country and their developing modes,illustrates the role and meaning of the libraries in town of our country during the construction of the rural well-to-do society and points out the existing problems and their countermeasures in the development of the libraries in town of our country. |
