高新技术企业人才流失的成因分析及对策

摘    要:通过对高新技术企业人才流失现象的具体分析,从高新技术企业的社会环境影响因素、企业价值评价体系、知识型员工特点等方面,探讨了人才流失的主要原因,并提出了企业管理者应端正心态,正确认识合理的人才流动,构建科学的价值评价和薪酬体系,提供良好的人才成长空间,倡导相互信任的团队合作氛围等应对高新技术企业人才流失的具体对策.

Abstract:The problem of brain-drain is discussed in detail at the following three aspects, i.e., the social influencing factors on high-tech enterprises, the value evaluation system in an enterprise and the characters of knowledgeable employees. The main reasons why the brain-drain occurs are analyzed. Some measures are therefore proposed to take to solve problem as follows. The leader(s) of an enterprise shall rectify his/her idea about brain-drain and understand properly the flow of professionals and construct a more reasonable value evaluation system in connection with salaries. They shall provide sufficient room for professionals' growth and advocate further the team spirit to form a cooperative atmosphere where the employees and employers may enjoy the trust mutually.
