| 摘 要： | 清末法制改革奠定了中国法制近代化的基础,因而成为学术界关注的热点问题。在清末变法修律的大潮中,宋育仁顺应形势,就法的起源、法的依据、法的功能等方面结合中西文化进行了有价值的探讨,为中国法制思想由传统走向近代化做出了贡献。

| Abstract: | The legal system reformation in the end of the Qing Dynasty laid a foundation for the modernization of the legal system of China,becoming the focus in the academic circles.In the waves of the institutional reforms in the end of the Qing Dynasty,SONG Yu-ren went with the tide of the historical development,combing with the Sino-western culture,took a meaningful exploration as to the origin,the proof and function of the legal.He made a contribution to the Chinese legality thoughts turning from tradition to the modernization. |
