| 摘 要： | 大学生就业竞争力的欠缺导致了大学生的就业难,地方本科院校的大学毕业生作为服务地方经济建设与发展的主力军,其就业竞争力的培养已成为当前高校教育改革和发展的一个重要课题。文章旨在分析制约地方本科院校大学生就业竞争力发展的因素,提出提升大学生就业竞争力的有效途径。

| Abstract: | It’s difficult to get a job for the students of college because of lacking of competitive ability on employment.The cultivation in competitive ability on employment for the local university graduates,as a main force to serve local economic construction and development,has become an important topic.This article aims to analyze the factors restricting the employment competitiveness development of local undergraduate college students,and put forward to an effective way to promote college students’ employment competitive ability. |
