| 摘 要： | 在城市建设中,由于土地权属性质不同,出现了集体土地征收补偿标准大幅度低于城市房屋拆迁补偿的不公平现象,并进一步导致种种危害。因此,建议在集体土地征收补偿中增设“区位价补偿”,提高征地补偿评估标准,消除差异化。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the differences between the existing policies of compensations for expropriations of state-owned land and collective-owned land.It analyses the influence of the unjust treatments to the house-owners of those real estate built on collective-owned land.Thus,this paper suggests that it is necessary to set up Location Compensation,constitute and perfect corresponding compensation policies and regulations.The paper also puts forward some rational,just and fair plans for the compensation and price evaluation. |
