中小企业国际化经营的影响因素实证研究

运用实证研究方法,选取有代表性的珠三角中小企业作为被试,结合企业国际化经营的相关文献,构建了中小企业国际化经营的影响因素的重要性评价的初始量表,用因素分析方法,找出了影响中小企业国际化经营的六因素结构。该六因素结构对中小企业国际化经营的路径选择具有现实的指导意义。

Empirical Study on the Impacting Issues on Chinese SMEs' International Involvement

Small and medium-size enterprises(SMEs) have begun to play a critical role in Chinese economy, society as well as international trade. But,Chinese SMEs usually lack the resources, capabilities, and market power of traditional multinationam enterprises compared to their larger rivals. Many impacting issues will be an obstacle and a barrier in the road of SMEs international involvement. Very little is known about the impacting issues now. Hence, how to find out the structural-model of impacting issues has been a very crucial problem in front of all-level government, entrepreneur and scholars. To solve the problem, we conducted in-depth interviews with a large number of senior managers from SMEs in southern China's Pearl River Delta area to gain a better understanding of impacting issues on SMEs international involvement. Combined with some cases study and a search of relevant literature, we devised a questionnaire and conducted a field of a hundred SMEs, using all validated data we collected from an empirical study of SMEs, we devised a six-factor structural model that reveals the effect and impacting of the collective issues on the international performance of SMEs. Based on the detailed analyses of this structural model, some available and practical internationalized involvement approaches of SMEs will be created correspondently.
