| 摘 要： | 信息经济时代产业组织的主导形式是横向一体化,企业间的合作竞争行为表现为高效率的模块化垄断结构,这种垄断结构是建立在满足消费者效用最大化的基础上的,对这种垄断结构的规制与传统意义上的垄断有着不同的制度安排。分别体现在满足企业内部各层次的产权要求;努力扩大各消费网络的规模,以分摊产品成本;鼓励适度垄断,提高企业的国际竞争力;加强监管和控制,鼓励创新,保持充分有效的竞争。

| Abstract: | The predominant form of the industrial organization of economic ages of information is a horizontal integration.The cooperation competition behavior performance among enterprises is the modeling monopolized structure with high-efficiency.This kind of monopolized structure is established on satisfying the consumer's maximum effects.The rules of this structure are different from the traditional one from the following aspects:the requirements of satisfying internal and each layer of business enterprise;sharing product costs by enlarging the scale of consumption network;encouraging the appropriate monopoly to improve enterprise's international competition ability;strengthening the guard and control,encourage innovation and keeping effective competition. |
