| 摘 要： | 构建包括农村地区在内的和谐社会是新世纪中国社会主义建设的又一战略目标。而实现农村社会的和谐需要各级政府发挥主导作用,履行其应有责任。当前,政府的责任主要是:发展经济,增加收入,促进公平,增进民主,化解矛盾,发展教育事业,保护生态环境等。

| Abstract: | Establishing the harmonious society that includes the rural areas is another strategic target in the process of socialism construction in China in the new century.In order to realize social harmony in rural areas,all levels of governments should play a leading role and undertake the significant responsibility.At present,the main responsibility is to develop economy,increase income,promote fair play,improve democracy,relive social contradictions,strengthen education cause,protect ecological environment etc. |
