| 摘 要： | 跨国公司是当今世界经济的主导力量,也是技术资源的主要载体,技术优势是跨国公司竞争优势的核心。跨国公司在华并购对于促进当代中国技术进步具有明显的正向效应,但它也存在一定的局限性。在解析上述双重效应的基础之上,本文从宏观和微观两个层面提出了促进当代中国技术全面进步的对策。

| Abstract: | Transnational Corporations play a leading role in current global economy and they are the major carriers of technological resources,technological advantage is a core of competitive advantage of corporations.Transnational Corporations’ Mergers and Acquisitions leads to the technological progress in China,but it also has limitation.Bases on above double effect,the paper provides macro and micro countermeasures. |
