| 摘 要： | 环境公益诉讼在发达国家早已形成一种制度.而我国现行的法律框架中并没有体现环境公益诉讼.相反,我国的环境形势决定了建立这种制度的必要性.从环境公益诉讼的基本特点、法律依据浅显地谈谈对我国环境公益诉讼制度构建的基本设想.
