| 摘 要： | 从民族团结、民族共同发展繁荣与和谐社会建设的视角出发,就西北少数民族人口流动的地域就近性、宗教同质性、择业民族性、外流渐增性等特点进行了总结,同时对其所产生的积极影响与存在问题作了客观的分析和概括,最后从管理的角度就有助于西北少数民族人口流动的更加健康有序与存在问题的解决进行了对策性的思考。

| Abstract: | In order to enhance the coherency between ethics and establish a harmonious society,the article summarizes some emigrating issues existing in northwestern minorities.The problems are regional centralization,similar religions,ethnologic employment,increasing emigration,etc.The article further analysizes and sums up objectively on the positive and negative influence by above characteristics.Finally the author brings out countermeasures,from the managerial point of view,on optimizing positive impact and eliminating the negative part of floating population in northwestern. |
