摘    要:客户经理制度与现代商业银行再造的关系、客户经理制度的组织架构和考核激励机制,是在商业银行中实施客户经理制度必须重视的基础性工作,它们在现代商业银行再造过程中具有重要的地位。

Abstract:The present paper attempts to discuss how to build a client management system in commercial banks.The author argues that the relationship between the system and the recreation of modern commercial banks and the system's organizational structure as well as the introduction of an appraisal-incentive mechanism are the key to implementing the client management system.
