| 摘 要： | 本文对英国养老保险市场化改革的背景、过程及特点进行了阐述,指出英国养老保险市场化改革既减轻了政府的财政负担,促进了劳动力市场的灵活性,又提高了居民储蓄倾向;同时对于中国养老保险体制改革过程中,界定政府与市场之间的责任,发挥个人参保的积极性,稳定宏观经济的发展也具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the background, course and characteristics of the market-oriented reform of British endowment insurance and points out that this reform has lessened the government burden of finance, promoted the market development and raised the residents' savings. In the system of endowment insurance, China can use British experience such as defining responsibilities of government and market, developing individual enthusiasm in the endowment insurance, stabilizing the development of macro-economy and others. |
