建立和完善我国失业统计体系的思考

失业问题已成为我国国民经济和社会发展的重要问题。失业统计应客观反映劳动力的失业状况 ,为国家制定就业政策和宏观决策提供依据。针对我国失业统计的理论研究和实践操作中还有许多问题没有解决的现实 ,文章从失业的界定、失业统计指标和失业统计调查方法等方面进行了探讨。

Reflections on the Establishment and Perfection of the Unemployment Statistical System in China

Unemployment has become an important problem confronting the development of national economy and society in China. The unemployment statistics should reflect the actual situation of unemployment so to provide basis for the employment policy formulation and decision making of the government. In view of the reality that many problems in theories and practices are waiting to be solved concerning unemployment statistics, this article has conducted researches into the definition, statistical indices and statistical investigation method of unemployment.
