试论妇女教育与构建社会主义和谐社会

确保妇女平等的受教育权利,全面提高妇女文化素质,大力发展妇女教育,对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有十分重要的意义。目前,我国保障妇女平等受教育权利的法律法规体系基本形成,发展妇女教育的政策和制度逐步完善,各级各类教育中女性受教育机会明显增加,妇女职业技能培训成效显著,女子院校和女性学蓬勃发展,但仍面临诸多问题。要进一步加大法律政策的执行力度,将男女平等意识纳入教育决策主流。要大力发展各级各类妇女教育,为经济社会发展提供女性人才支持。要发挥高校引领文化的社会功能,促进和谐文化建设。

On Women's Education and the Construction of the Socialist Harmonious Society

To guarantee women's equal right to education,raise women's cultural quality comprehensively,and develop women's education,it is of great significance to construct the socialist harmonious society.Up to now,the law and rule system on guaranteeing women's educational right has taken shape,policies and institutions on developing women's education has perfected gradually,the chances that women accept education have obviously increased,and the effect that women accept skill training has been notable.Moreover,women's colleges and universities and women's studies have developed vigorously.But there are still many problems which need to be tackled.All kinds of education on women should be energetically developed to provide women talents for our economic society,and universities' function to lead social culture should be exerted to promote the construction of harmonious society.
