| Abstract: | The construction of modernizations needs more and more people of high quality. At present, in the construction of socialist modernizations of China, we have two tasks in the moulding of the people's modernistic character. One is to foster a person's independent character, and the other a person's temperament for the promotion of the all-sided human development. |
