| 摘 要： | “十二五”时期,城镇化仍是江苏的重大发展战略.国内外宏观经济形势的变化,使得江苏城镇化发展面临新的挑战,迫切需要实现城镇化空间结构的转型.城镇化是一个区域发展的重大问题,实现城镇化空间结构转型,要从全球化视角构建全球创新链,提升城镇化发展的内生性；从大区域视角谋划空间发展战略,实现区域间发展的良性互动；从中观层面优化城镇空间结构,实现区域内的分工协作.

| Abstract: | In the Twelfth Five Year Plan period, urbanization remains a major development strategy for Jiangsu Province. With the Changes in the macroeconomic situation at home and abroad, Jiangsu urbanization meets new challenges, which requires the transformation of urban spatial structure. Urbanization is a major issue for regional development. To realize the transformation, we should build a global innovation chain from a global perspective to enhance the endogeneity for the urbanization development, plan spatial development strategy from a larger regional perspective to have positive interaction in interregional development, and optimize urban spatial structure and promote the division and collaboration within the region from the middle level. |
