| 摘 要： | 目前京郊山区经济发展缓慢,农民收入较低。其主要在于观念、基础条件落后、资金和资源约束。京郊农民致富奔小康的途径主要在于转变观念、加强基础设施建设、通过市场融通资金和人才,发展比较优势产业和产业化经营等。

| Abstract: | The development in Beijing mountain areas is fairly slow and the peasant's income is also lower.The main obstacles are constraints on development concept,lag behind in infrastructure,restrict in fund and resources.For a well-off live,the peasants in the Beijing's mountain area would eliminate those constraints,develop the superiority industries and industrial management. |
