| 摘 要： | 在“全国首届民间法、习惯法学术研讨会”上,与会学者就民间法与习惯法的一般原理、民间规范与社会自治、当代中国法律中的民间法、民间法与法律方法等几个方面进行了论证与探讨,提出了诸多有益的和中肯的见解,并提出了今后关于民间法、习惯法研究活动的一些设想。
