繁荣和发展我国社会科学的几个突出问题

进一步繁荣和发展我国的社会科学 ,必须解决好对社会科学的认识问题、体制和政策问题、队伍和学风问题。要矫正对社会科学、社会科学工作者、社会科学研究的认识偏见和传统思维定势 ,把是否鼓励探索、是否允许研究中犯错误提高到是否尊重科学发展的规律、是否落实知识分子政策的高度来认识 ;社会科学研究的主管部门及领导者要克服“怕出事儿、不怕不繁荣”和“无过便是功”的心态 ,走出对“与中央保持一致”的简单化、片面性理解的认识误区 ;要通过体制创新 ,通过重点反“左”,为社会科学的繁荣和发展创造更为有利的条件 ;社会科学研究要提倡求同存异 ,反对求同伐异 ,要防止权威对学术的垄断和对新思想的干预 ,让奥本·海默式的杰出人才有生存和发展的空间

Several Main Problems on Prosperity and Development of Social Sciences in China

In order to develop and prosper our social sciences further, we must understand the problems on cognition of social sciences, systems and politics, working ranks and learning attitudes. To correct cognitive prejudices on the social sciences, social science workers and researches and traditional thinking set, we should encourage exploration of the social sciences,allow the workers to make mistakes in their researches and implement the policy of intellectuals. In a word, we should do everything in accordance with scientific principles of development. Departments in charge of the social science researches and their leaders should overcome some thinking mentality, such as "worry about making mistakes and not about no prosperity" and "be successful without faults", and go out of wrong cognitive regions of over-simplification and one-sidedness about "comply with the Central Authorities". Therefore, we should create proper and advantageous conditions for the prosperity and development of the social sciences by system renovation and focal point against ultro-left. In research of the social sciences, we must advocate the idea of seeking common ground and reserving differences and preventing authorities from monopoly and intervention of new ideas so as to provide an advantageous space of existence and development for the outstanding people.
