图像资料是艺术史研究的重要资料。近年来,随着考古与视觉文化材料的大量涌现,图像艺术逐渐进入到文史研究的视野之中。在人文社会学科内部,历史学、宗教学、社会学等领域与艺术史研究之间互动频繁。本文将从艺术史学科的视角出发,分析历史研究与图像的关系,审视艺术史研究的定位与发展,讨论艺术史与思想史学科之间对话基础的扩展,并探寻中国艺术史研究如何在跨学科发展中确立自身的学术独立性与存在价值。

Interaction between Images and Thoughts:Visual Materials in Interdisciplinary Studies of the Humanities

Images provide important materials for the study of art history.In the last three decades,along with the upsurge in archaeological activity in China,visual materials have been gradually taken into account in historical research.There are frequent interactions between art history and other humanistic studies.This paper discusses the relations between history and images,examines the development of art history as a discipline,and in particular considers the extending areas on which the interactions between art history and intellectual history have been based,in order to explore the ways in which the study of images develops within the recent background of interdisciplinary studies.
