| 摘 要： | 校本管理是首先在美国发起的一场学校管理改革运动,其理论基础是多元化的:一是分权化理论,体现为权力重心下移和教师授权;二是参与管理理论,体现为人本管理及分享决策;三是权变管理理论,体现为多层面自我管理及效率提升。

| Abstract: | School-Based Management is a school management reforming movement initiated in U.S.A.The Rationales for School-Based Management in U.S.A are pluralistic.First is the decentralization theory,it embodies decentralization and teacher empowerment;Second is the participation theory,it consists of human-based management and sharing decision making;Third is the Contingency management theory,it reflects self-management at multiple levels and efficiency promoting. |
