| 摘 要： | 目前,学界大多把南京国民政府后期乡村社会的失控归结为"劣绅"当政的结果,很大程度上忽略了国家制度的影响.文章力图从国家制度的视角来分析1945年前后乡保人员征税过程中的施暴现象以弥补上述漏洞.

| Abstract: | At present,most scholars ascribe the countryside violence to the bad gentry,so that seriously neglect the institutional influence.Analyzing the corruption of countryside administration personnel around 1945 from the institutional angle of view,this study aims to suggesting that the corruption was mostly a result of institutional deficiency in addition to the personnel's moral degeneration. |
