| 摘 要： | 与香港比较,内地残疾人社会支持理念相对落后;力量相对单薄;方式相对单一;内容相对贫乏。应学习和吸收香港残疾人社会支持的先进经验,在社会支持理念方面,实现由人道主义向公民权利的转变;社会支持方式方面,实现由政府提供向政府购买的转变;社会支持主体方面,实现由家庭、政府为主向非政府组织为主的转变;社会支持内容方向,实现由救助主导型向发展主导型的转变。
